PCB Separator Features
1. Flexible to apply single transfer, then to meet the process connection demand of forward and back.
2. It can be setting between 0-180 degree on taking and placing PCBA.
3. All the process are under automatic operation, which are including loading, cutting, replacing of milling tool,
unloading and the waste collecting.
4. 3 options of unloading of products, contains conveyor, fixture.
5. Use CCD to do the vision positioning off-set and alignment which can ensure the cutting precision.
6. Assemble with high speed ESD spindle for function of auto tool change, spindle can release the static
caused during production, then can reduce the PCBA damage possibility caused via static.
7. The patent flexible brush structure is able to do the deepen function for extend milling tool's life cycle.
8. Assemble with high absorption power of dust collector, contains negative pressure detection
which will remind user to clean the filter bags.
9. Windows10 operation system. Software to be designed by ourselves then can upgrade it continuously.

Function parameter interface
--User-friendly operation interface makes setting of parameter extremely easy.
--Contains the management of milling tool life cycle, maintenance reminder
and the management of speed setting of spindle.
4 levels operation limited setting
--Manager can set the different authorization control levels for engineer, operator.
--Available to select the optional function of fingerprint recognition module for login.
Single transferring module
--Loading/unloading transferring (X, Y, Z, C axis), adopt the design of 4 axis moving at same time.
--Available to do the taking/placing board in 180 degree rotating,
it can satisfy the connection demand of forward/back equipment.
--The standard of vacuum pad transferring module, the carrier process can select the option of catching fixture.
