1. PCB V Cut Machine adopts a unique multi-continuous cutting method. The Circuit board are completely splitted by six blades, the upper and lower blade are a group to form a cutting unit, they Are A, B, C groups.The whole cutting process is divided into three parts. The A-group blade cuts the PCB 40% first, then the B-blade again runs through the slot cut by the A-blade, and again completes 40% of the cutting amount, and finally the C-group blade cuts the last 20% , because each time the amount of cutting is small, the stress generated during the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edge of the divided circuit board is smooth, and the board surface is very flat.
It is the only machine on the market that can guarantee the deformation of the aluminum board after cutting.
